The local authority Territoire d’Énergie 81 renewed its trust in our technical department for the organisation of its training courses and meetings for councillors in Tarn.
Thanks to the mandatory nature of these meetings, we were able to support our client throughout the month of March, despite the health situation, all over Tarn : Albi, Mazamet, Le Garric and Saint-Sulpice. Indeed, community centers and the Albi Exhibition Centre were made available to organize training courses.
Territoire d’Énergie 81 gets it. In order to offer maximum security during its meetings, it called on our services so as to set up a strict protocol intended to limit the risks :
- Renting of large-volume community centers to ensure that distance is maintained.
- Provision of Hydroalcoholic Gel and virucidal wipes.
- Disinfection by UVC solution before and after the meeting ( avant et après la réunion (available for rent, discover our product in our carousel of technical solutions here and click on “Sanitary Protocol”).
- Report of an attendance file for follow-up in the event of confirmed contact cases.
In this way, 4 training courses took place this month in the respect of barrier gestures with 35 to 120 people.
To this particular protocol, we added our usual skills in video (multi-camera recording and broadcasting on LED screens – LEDskin), lighting, sound, furniture and control room.
